In the past 10 years, China's securities market has made rapid development. According to official website of China Securities Regulatory Commission, as of February 2009, our country has more than 1600 listed companies, China's stock market from scratch, and move in a smooth and rapid direction. However, this rapid growth is also behind the phenomenon revealed many problems, including the more serious a phenomenon is the financial and accounting reports of fraud, from the early wilderness of shares, to Joan China source, Guangxia, Zhengbaiwen, Lam Tin shares, Kelon Electrical, EMC trust, Minyue Huadiao, Jiarui of new material and a series of financial and accounting reporting fraud can be described as one after another.Listed company's management as a special group, they are financial accounting reports of fraud "leading role", they have the right to information, and the company disclosed information also includes the management of the subjective consciousness of the society,It will have a significant impact. Secondly, from the management perspective, this paper put forward ideas and methods:The standard combination of research and empirical research.
