Study On China's Enterprises Direct Investment In Africa

With the rapid development of economic globalization,developed countries and some developing countries FDI race is increasing among resources. It is rich in oil, non-ferrous metals and other minerals, and extend the market in Africa, as the world last virgin land of investment, investors'attention is increasingly attracted. In recent years, economy of China is maintained high growth, foreign exchange reserves are also increasing, the domestic enterprises have the ability of foreign direct investment, so enterprises of China have the possibility of direct investment in Africa; China-Africa relations is improving and developing, which provides a political basis for direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Africa; China continuous economic development ,needs even broader market and resources, which is the necessarily prerequisite that Chinese enterprises direct invest in Africa. At present, although Chinese enterprises direct invest is broader and the scope of industry distribution is relatively wide in Africa, but our enterprises are facing strong foreign competition, while Chinese enterprises is also marked by numerous problems, strength our direct investment in Africa, to enhance competitiveness Chinese enterprises direct investment in Africa and improve share of the market Chinese enterprises in Africa, the opening up of China's expansion is an important task.In this paper, starting from the theoretical study, based on the theory and practice of domestic and foreign direct investment enterprises, analysis the relate theoretical foundation of Chinese direct investment enterprises in Africa, went on to empirical analysis and overview the current status of the investment of Chinese enterprises in Africa, through the evidence and cases with direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Africa and identify the problems, and get corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
