Research On The Human Risk Of Technical Products

Technical products are neither the result of technology activity,nor the carrier and spread of technology. With the development of science and technology, the technical products,which with rich varieties and various functions, giving huge convenient and comfortable for our life, damages that emerge in endless for the users of the products and the others at the same time,because of the objective and subjecting reasons,the responsibility of disputes also continued to grow.The personal risk of technical products is the security problem produced by technological development process, the article through analysis the different reasons about the personal risks of technical products, main products in normal and abnormal use the two cases of personal risk, to find the true source of personal risks,for effectively reduce the risk to make a meaningful approach.The paper is divided into three parts, the first part concepts the technical product and personal risk.First through concept of technology and product,to define the sake of argument. Then, to define the categories of the risks and their characteristics and personal risks, finally, defined the two main types of the personal risk of technical product.The second part analysis the reasons of personal risks of technical products and ethical responsibility. First, stress the study importance of personal risk in technical product;secondly analysis the reasons of the risk ,finally states the subjects'social responsibility in the risk.The third part proposes some solutions, that is how to hedging the risks for the reasons of the risk. First of all, improving enterprises and consumers' awareness about personal risks and responsibilities;then putt he system forward to improving abilities of avoiding risks ;finally poses the solutions about how to improve the reliability and safety of the technical products.
