In the backdrop of economic globalization, the economy, social and environmental problems strongly interact, more and more companies realize, not just one business, it is also a member of society, enterprises not only pursue "maximizing the profits", but also assume social responsibilities. People have diversified needs of enterprises, and the business environment has changed from the one-way loop environment for the diverse environment. When the socio-economics or enterprise develops to a certain stage, it needs a mature, healthy, competitive environment, in which its law, moral tradition and social norms must be a harmonious entirety. It's vital to establish the moral order of macroeconomic environment and to cultivate the moral responsibility within the enterprise.Peter Drucker pointed out: "A healthy business and a sick society is very difficult to coexist," If enterprises only pursuit their own maximized profits, it will inevitably lead to social imbalance in the distribution of benefits. It becomes a very important theoretical issue and practical problem for Chinese enterprises to establish social responsibility strategic management system, which is fit for China's national conditions.The thesis is divided into six parts: Part I is an introduction. This article describes some of the major topics and topics based on the significant current research, reference literature review, this framework. The second part is about the analysis of social responsibility theory. This section, from economics, sociology, management perspective, clearly defines social responsibility form studying views of experts and scholars from home and abroad, with the use of stakeholder theory, social citizenship that charity investment theory. The third part is about the analysis of the impact of corporate social responsibility factors. In this section, this paper is mainly discusses the social responsibilities of enterprise internal factors and external factors. The fourth part is about the current situation of corporate social responsibility and its cause. The fifth part is about the construction of the strategic management framework for corporate social responsibility. The last part is the prospect that based on the enterprise.
