With the further development of socialism market economy, the chain enterprise plays a more and more important role in the circulation industry and its competitive environment becomes more complicated. The focus of the competition is the customer. In the fierce competition, the enterprise who could keep effective communication and build solid relationship with the customers, understand the needs and maintain the loyalty degree of the customers shall gain the competitive advantages; therefore, it is of great significance for the chain enterprise to build the effective information communication mechanism.This Paper firstly has described the related theories on customer communication, which has laid the theoretical foundation of the communication system between the chain enterprise and its customers; secondly, this Paper has built the customer information communication modal through the collection and analysis of the customer information; on the basis of analysis on the feedback information of customers, the customer information communication platform bas been built; finally, through the combination of the theories and practices, this Paper has launched the applicable research on the information communication system of the chain enterprise. It is anticipated that the communication efficiency between the chain enterprise and its customers be improved so as to offer the new thought and new method for the customer communication of the chain enterprise.
