New Venture Internationalization Theory And Inspiration Of Our Small And Medium Enterprises

In recent years, as China's economy developed sustained and rapidly, China's small and medium enterprises in the national economy has played an increasingly important role. The advent of the information age as well as China's accession to WTO are both opportunities and challenges for SMEs, therefore, the trend of internationalization of SMEs in China is inevitable. At present, the international enterprises research by the domestic and foreign scholars are concentrated in large multinational corporations, the research about international operation of the SMEs is still relatively small. In recent of 10 years, with the appearance of some new phenomenon of the SMEs development, the study of the new phenomenon in SMEs are very helpful for the international development of SMEs in China both from the point of theory and practice.The first chapter of this paper first explained the research meaning of the new enterprise internationalization, and pointed out the research objective of this article, research contents, methods and innovations. The second chapter first described the definition of enterprise internationalization, and then reviewed the traditional enterprise internationalization theory mainly from three aspects, such as foreign direct investment, developing countries, development stage. The third chapter based on the above literature review summed up the theory of international new venture from the some point of view,such as the network model, resource base, entrepreneurship, organizational learning, information and knowledge, and explained each theory. The forth chapter analyzed the actuality and the problem of the SMEs international operation in China, and putted the new international development of the theory into the SMEs internationalization practice, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
