| Land Consolidation is the only way to achieve balance of cultivated land and is an important measure to protect cultivated land. It is also an important project to realize the Strategic objectives of sustainable land use. In land development and consolidation,we can draw up scientific and rational project planning and design programs through the research on standards and methods of land consolidation planning design, which can improve the quality of cultivated land and land productivity effectively, make agricultural production conditions in the planning area better and promote the level of intensive farming of land resources and agricultural mechanization operation.Based on the basic theory of land arrangement, it proposed the design ideas of farmland flatting projeet design, planning and design of terraces, planning of irrigation and drainage channels and farmland protection planning and design. It also discussed the standards and methods of land consolidation planning design in Hunan area. Taking Junmin village, Huangtu pu town, Hengyang city in hunan province as an example, it developed rational planning and design programs for the project area by combing with the actual situation of the project area.The scheme is seeking to achieve the harmonization among ecological benefits, economic and social benefits and to realize sustainable use of land resources.It concluded that the spatial analysis in MapGIS combing with convenient statistical function in Microsoft Excel used in calculating the earthwork can achieve the rapid calculation and mapping of earthwork in land leveling, which has some significance in the calculation of earthwork of land arrangement. The economies section design is the preferential direction of irrigation channel planning and design development. Through simplifying economies section design of formula and design process, it can overcome the shortcoming of tedious formula operation in the past and improve the working efficiency of planning and design greatly. |
