China's ODI has broken 50 billion U.S. dollars, in 2008. China has become the world's third-largest recipient of foreign direct investment country, and the largest host of direct investment among developing countries. ODI has become the important means of China to active economic globalization, to access international strategic resources and implement the strategy of Opening-up. However, the research about China as a source of foreign direct investment was rarely. Does the traditional theory of foreign direct investment have the ability to explain China's situation. It need empirical test.Current research on international direct investment is focused on location choice. Studing the host country perspective, this paper will examin the impact for Chinese enterprises location choice from different types of countries. This paper systematically combes the foreign diect investment location choice theory, especially summarizes the related theories of Asian country's location choice. The course and characteristics of Chinese enterprise's ODI have analyzed in this paper. Through analyzing the course and characteristics, the paper researches the distribution of Chinese enterprise's ODI. Then, this paper makes abservation variables of impact factors, and proposes 9 hypothesis of the impact factor of Chinese enterprises location choice. This paper uses cluster analysis method to research the hypothesis, which needs to be verified.This paper found:market scale, infrastructure, government policy, social environment, bilateral relations and centralization of host ountry will significant influence Chinese enterprise's locational choice. Thus, Chinese enterprises should fully consider its advantages and motivation, adopt the suitable strategic location choice.
