An Empirical Study On Risk Management In Company A's Software Project

Information can enhance the management effectiveness, flexibility, adaptability and construct competitive advantage of enterprises. At present outsourcing is usually taken place in the process of building information system. But the development performance of enterprise's information project(especially software project) is unsatisfied, Therefore enterprises have to improve the success probability of software project through risk management.Based on the analysis on plenty of former literature about software project risk management and the data in the survey from Company A.We identify risk factor in the following two points of view: the project stakeholder and the process of project. Then analyzed the arise condition of risk factor, the consequences and ways to avoid it.At first, The author introduces the background and objective of this study. Then the article elaborates the previous theoretical study at home and abroad about the software project risk management and related fields. And then distribute the questionnaire about the relationship of the software project risk and the results. At last the author carries out some theoretical explanation.
