Knowledge Map Analysis Of Chinese Innovation Management

After the"Innovative Country Building Plan"was proposed, more and more scholars began to focus on Innovation Management studies. Last year was the 20th Anniversary of Chinese Innovation management. It was a time to sort of history now. So I made a knowledge map of the contents and people of Chinese Innovation Management between 1997-2008, hoping that this paper could make some contributions to its future development and recalling of history.According to sort of knowledge map about people of Innovation Management studies, I found that there were many regions in Chinese Innovation Management studies, including"innovation environment building of companies and industries","the structure and influence factors of national innovation system and regional innovation system","the way to upgrade enterprise innovation ability","company innovation studies based on organization management theory", and many small regions. Among them,"the structure and influence factors of national innovation system and regional innovation system"had occupied core position for a long time, which was being challenged by"innovation studies on enterprise and industrial level".According to sort of knowledge map about people of Innovation Management studies, I found that the community of Chinese innovation management was being expanded, especially on Year 2000 and 2005. Most of members in this community scattered on comprehensive colleges or institutions of traditional science and engineering. Some members were very important to the structure of community. We also found that, there were three kind of subgroup in this community,"research base","research team", and"research teacher-student". Among them,"research base"was the base of scholar training and research,"research team"was important research force, and"research teacher-student"had most members than two other subgroup.
