Research On The Influence About Knowledge Innovation For The Enterprise Core Competence

In the knowledge-base economy times, with the market environment and the competition environment which enterprise in our country faced has had profound change and has transited gradually from the area,how to undertake challenge and seize opportunities for the continual fast and health development are severe tasks in face of our enterprises.The best way to solve this problem is to continuously cultivate corporation core competence.The knowledge has been becoming the most important trategic resource and knowledge innovation is the fountainhead of enterprise`s competence promotion and competitive advantage maintenance.So,the study of fostering and enhancing the enterprises`core competence based-on the perspective becomes an important and realistic question.Through the analysis of the knowledge innovation ,core competence and the internal factors influences,it is knowed that the mechanism of core cmpetence under the konwledge innovation and clarify the relationship between the knowledge and core competence.From the perspective of knowledge innovation,it tries to re-examine the core competence advantages,then enriches the theory about core competence and knowledge innovation. In the theoretical foundation, through the anaylyzing about implications of enterprise`s core competence, there is a index system of core competence evaluation in this paper and where factor analysis methods were used,and try to make the absctract concept notes quantize and the constructs the core comepetence theory model under the knowledge innovation.The model is used to research the Anhui Forklift Truck Company`s core competence,and the validity provides a new perspective for the core competence. In the conclusion part,the texts offer some suggestions about how to nurture and enhance the core competence of mid-and small-scale enterprise simultaneously.The research has some guidance for mid-and small-scale enterprises surviving and developping in the competitive market.
