Research On The China Merchants Bank's Strategy Management System Based On Bsc

In 1960s the corporation strategic management theory was widely rised up in the west. And since the 1990s the theory has grown up and became the center of modern corporation management theory. At the same time the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was widely used by the enterprises all over the world as an effective strategic management tool.For the commercial banks,as the going on changes in economy,financial market and customers makes a lot of uncertainty to the commercial banks'manangement and the competetion of financial market became more and more fiercely ,the traditional commercial bank manangement mode cannot adapt to the development of modern commercial banks,and the study on commercial banks'strategic management theory has great significant and is an important means for the commercial banks to improve their competition and global development.The thesis first introduce the main content of commercial banks'strategic management theory,its development and the trend in future.And then makes study on the basic theory of the Balanced Scorecard as an efficient strategic management tool to make the enterprises'strategic target into practice. At last,the paper makes deeply research on the practice of the China Merchants Bank to construct the strategic management system based on the BSC, in order to play an active role in offering a more efficient and effective management method for the national commercial banks.
