China's urbanization level is 42.9% at the end of 2007, most provinces and cities id in the initial stage of the accelerated development Urbanization. With China's rapid economic development, the improved living standards of the residents, the accumulation of wealth and purchasing power increases, that the proportion of the improvement of people's housing needs will be gradually raised and the future space needs of the real estate markets will continue to release. However under the national condition that the few island but many people in china, the Government's policy at suppression to the investment in residential real estate and the appreciation of RMB. Real estate investment goods have the nature of commodities and resisting of inflation the real estate needs large-scale investment and construction operates in a long cycle, it is also impacted by the natural factors, society, economic, administration, and psychology. Hence, real estate investment projects must be conducted a feasibility study, in order to provide the basis for the right investment decisions.This paper described the development of a feasibility study at home and abroad, analysis of the real estate project is located in the city's real estate market conditions and characteristics, introduced the guiding ideology, principles, program and the project taken by the residential design and Unit design, introduced the various stages of project management and project management details of the construction schedule control, analysis of the financial risk of borrowing costs and uncertainty of the sale of the project budget and the project carried out to estimate the profit obtained all of the project key economic indicators, reasonable, and gross profit, the investment rate of return, internal rate of return and other indicators are feasible. This analysis and qualitative analysis to quantitative, empirical analysis and normative analysis combining methods, the economics of projects carried out in-depth analysis of the use of modern management theory and project management methodology, theory with practice, the implementation process of project management to conduct a comprehensive, systematic planning and research, real estate development project management to solve practical problems in a certain referential significance.
