Research On Influencing Factors Of Performance In Industry-Academic Collaboration In The View Of Enterprise

This paper is a research about the performance and its influencing factors of industry-academic collaboration. The paper's target is to determine the various factors how to affect industry-academic collaboration performance under the environment of industry-academic alliances.At first, we conclude and analyze the influencing factors and connotation of industry-academic performance connotation. And then we extended the research about the performance connotation and the influencing factors of industry-academic collaboration. We separated the performance connotation into two aspects, the tangible and intangible performance. And we concluded the influencing factors with four aspects, product positioning alliance compatibility alliance stability and alliance input factors. Through the literature research, we proposed research hypothesis about the influencing factors and industry-academic performance combined with statistical knowledge. And then we proposed the research model about the influencing factors and industry-academic performance based on the research hypothesis.In order to measure the latent variables, we prepared the questionnaire combined with matured questionnaire and actual situation of industry-academic alliance.After questionnaire modification, we determined the final questionnaire. We selected Xi'an high-tech enterprise as research samples and got the research data. We analyzed the data with structural equation software (AMOS), and we modified the research model.Finally, we got the final model for the research and the paths coefficient. Then we decompose the effect with the outcome of paths coefficient. Finally, we verified the research hypothesis in the conclusion.
