The Analysis Of Peasants' Income Variance And The Countermeasure Of Income-increasing In Longyan

Peasant is the critical problem of "Three Rural Issues" which connected with Peasants Agriculture and the countryside, and the key of peasant problem is to increase the income of farmer, whether to solve the problem of income increasing, not only relates the rural economic development, the agriculture leading position consolidated and the farmer living standard enhancement, moreover also relates the entire healthy development of national economy. Therefore, studies of the rural additional income receive a welfare which has theoretical and practical significance.The paper is based on statistics and statistical information of Longyan city. Using the study method of quantitative analysis to combine with qualitative analysis, research approach of the literature to combine with case analysis to analyze the situation of income changes of Longyan peasants deeply, search the main reasons of affecting the increase of rural income, combine the enlightenment of peasant income increase's case, put forward the countermeasure and propose, and finally find the direction accurately for Longyan countryside, agricultural development in the future.In this paper, through the correlation statistical to a series of peasant income in Longyan city, we find that: the level of peasant income in Longyan City continues to increase with slow pace, the home business is the main income of the farmers, primary industry is still a main source of business income of the family, the income between city and rural inhabitant gradually enlarges, there is a big difference of the internal revenue between districts. Slow growth of farmers'income in Longyan is affected by many factors, mainly in the irrationality of rural economic structure, different factor endowments, inadequate investment in agriculture, low levels of agricultural modernization and rural education, and many other constraints.According to the main factors which affect the increase of peasants' income, we give several countermeasures:Implement rural industrial structure adjustment, promote agricultural industrialization; optimize source of farmer income structure, substantial increase in the proportion of non-agricultural income; increase government investment intensity; the establishment of agricultural credit input mechanism to widen financing channels for agriculture; strengthen agricultural research and improving the agricultural science and technology promotion system; increase investment in rural education and training to improve comprehensive quality of farmers; the development of new rural construction, and small rural towns; accelerating the development of specialized cooperative economic organizations in rural areas.
