Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Capital Structure And Corporate Performance Of Listed Agricultural Companies

Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, the listed agriculture companies are representatives of China's advanced productive forces at current stage. Studying the problem of agricultural listed companies have a positive effect on the promotion of the industrialization of agriculture development and upgrading. The company's capital structure is the concentrated reflection of stakeholder rights and obligations, it has a significant impact in corporate performance and market value of the company so his research starts from general capital structure to have further research of relationship between capital structure and performance of company then reveal the inner link of them, founding out the factors which have prevented the performance promotion of listed agriculture listed company. On this base, raising some methods to optimize the listed agriculture company that will be reference for heath development of listed agriculture company.The article is regarding the relations between the capital structure and performance of listed agriculture companies which is divided into five parts: Introduction. Brief description of the background, purpose, meaning, the main content and paper innovation, and shortcomings.Ⅱ, describing related research about capital structure and corporate performance. Defined on the basis of relevant concepts, for theoretical review, and analyze domestic and foreign empirical research, released the existing problems.Ⅲ, analysis of agricultural listed companies capital structure and corporate performance status. Evaluation from the macro perspective the general situation of agricultural companies, picked up the samples, analyzed samples of the company capital structure and corporate performance and figure out that the existing problems.Ⅳ, empirical study on the relationship between capital structure and corporate performance of listed agricultural company. Put forward hypotheses on the regression model constructed using the method validation, and sample the company's analysis of the data regression results.Ⅴ,making some advices to optimize the capital structure and performance. According to conclusion of empirical research, giving advices to optimize the capital structure for improving business performance from the government's macroeconomic policies and listed agricultural companies view.
