Motivations And Strategies Of Political Behavior Of China Entrepreneurs

There are two implications about the corporate political:one is internal politics, and the other is the enterprise participation in political. Correspondingly, the implication of the political behavior of entrepreneur also has two meanings:one is the entrepreneur's internal political behavior in corporate, and the other is entrepreneurs participating the political. Either business owner or manager can be all called entrepreneurs.The internal political behavior of entrepreneurs has great relation with the corporate internal and external environment. For the interests of entrepreneurs and other motivations, The strategies of political behavior of entrepreneurs within the enterprise mainly have cronyism, to seek ally in the enterprise, with the external force, etc. These strategies have brought the various effects:pros and cons, negative and positive. In view of this, entrepreneurs should be given the power constraints, such as strengthening the construction of the board of supervisors and the introduction of independent director system.The mainly external political behavioral strategies of entrepreneurs are as bellow: in cooperation with government officials, to appoint the incumbent or retired government officials, entrepreneurs directly involved in politics, and privately meet government officials, etc. These political behavior has a legitimate, but also illegal, as well, though legal, is unreasonable. For governing the political behavior flawed it needs to improving the existing legal system, to protecting the social public opinion, but also to providing the right way to participate in politics for entrepreneurs.Finally, this paper analyzed the cases and proposed solution to these problems and some suggestions. For existing inconsistency between the motivation of entrepreneurs and business objectives it is possible for these entrepreneurs to make political act for their own benefit rather than business-friendly. By addressing these issues and puting forward constructive suggestions can be a clear understanding of the political motivation of these entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, put forward corresponding countermeasures making the motivation of entrepreneurs as much as possible with the objectives and goals of the enterprise. Ultimately protect the interests of enterprises, so that the whole market is always in a virtuous cycle and operational status.
