At the present time it's the 30 years' anniversary of China's carrying out of Reform and Opening-up. In the 30 years, China gained great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention under the Party's leadership. China is enjoying political democracy, economic prosperity, social stability; Chinese people are living and working in peace and contentment. A theoretical system of building socialism with Chinese characteristics came into being, which contributed superiorly to the development of world's socialism.Under China's influence, other socialism countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Cuba started the new course of internal reform and opening to the outside world in succession, and achieved diverse progress, thereinto Vietnam could considered as sample.China and Vietnam are neighbors in geography location, share the similar source in history and culture. Vietnam resembles China in theory and practice of building socialism, but has no lack of characteristics and innovation. Therefore the contrast between the two countries'theory and practice of building socialism benefits the making up for each other's deficiency and the enrichment and consummation of self-construction.China has something in common with Vietnam in economic system reform, meanwhile has differences in integer programming, boost speed and methods and strategies. By summarizing and comparing the course of their economic system reform, we can get some beneficial enlightenment:we must insist on market-oriented and gradual strategy, take right order with the connection within all the institutional reform, carry out reform according to the actual conditions, and so on. At the same time, we must aware of the problems caused in the process of the transition from planned economy to market-oriented economy, such as unbalanced development, ownership modulation, and corruption problems.By means of comparative research and summarization, we can develop the strength and avoid the weakness, and avoid detours in the future.
