Enterprises have been unable to gain sustainable competitive advantage only relying on the unique resources, as the domestic competition becomes increasingly internationalized with economic globalization, and the business environment becomes more dynamic and changeable with the rapid technological change and the uncertainty of market demand. To respond to this change, enterprises establish market orientation to improve the performance of technology innovation, thus improve organizational competence. However, the empirical research on the combination of market orientation and technology innovation performance is still rare, so there is not any empirically conclusion based on the domestic data at home and abroad, and the effect of market orientation has not yet been fully verified, so it is blindness to advocate market orientation for domestic companies to a certain extent. Although some researchers have brought organizational learning and innovation into the research framework of the relationship between market orientation and business performance, the effect of market orientation on technology innovation performance is still very controversial, and the possible impact of the different types of market orientation and different learning styles hasn't been taken into account. Through integrating and analyzing the previous research, this paper proposes a research model and related hypothesizes, conducted a survey with the questionnaire designed by amending the measure scale of market orientation, organizational learning and technology innovation performance, then finds out the effect between independent variables and dependent variables on the base of the data processing with SPSS. Finally, this paper draws some conclusions, puts forward corresponding suggestions for domestic firms to improve international competence, and directions for future research are suggested.
