Food quality management system, while the benefits to the enterprise need a lot of money, manpower and other costs to pay, These costs for enterprises with strength is nothing, but for small and medium food enterprises, in particular the shortage of funds in the state on the more important.Different quality management system or the same degree of quality management system implementation differences will result in different quality levels, how to produce the food which quality is admissive is faced by enterprises and must to be solved, This reduces the cost of improving the quality of enterprises of great significance. The article first describes the purpose and significance of the research topic, synthesis discusses related research and development of domestic and international trends. Then described the research associated with this theoretical basis, namely the quality of food quality management system and cost theory.
