With the fast development of the world economy, economic globalization is getting faster and faster, more and more economical organizations are involved in the world market. Under this background, no economy could develop without help from outside, there is only one way for them, that is to adopt to the main trend, exchange and cooperate with others to make themselves stronger and go further.Jing-Jin-Ji Area, including the capital of China and one of China's Municipalities, is located in the Economic Zone around the Bohai Sea, enjoying great political and economical advantages. In the past years, this area is not developed in a balance way and is lack of constant power because there is no close regional cooperation. As the springing up of the Binhai New Area, this area is gradually attracting more attention. Recently, the Chinese government published several important documents, which play an important role in accelerating the process of regional cooperation.From the angle of the regional economy development, this article mainly analyses problems of foreign trade cooperation in the area. Firstly, it provides the general situation of the regional development quantitatively by analyzing main statistical indicators and industrial structure and certain important policy, which offers the economical and political background for the cooperation. Secondly, it tries to find out the feature of the regional foreign trade by analyzing the trade structure (including trade patterns, commodity structure and geographical flows) and competitiveness (including RCA and TC factors). Thirdly, it tries to get the potential cooperation possibility, sum up the valuable experience and critical problems on basis of regional cooperation theory and quantitative analysis. Finally, the author makes several suggestions on resource integration, process collaboration, trade innovation and so on, which define Beijing as a high-tech R&D base and service trade base, Tianjin as a logistics hub and manufactured goods export base, Hebei as a resource base and export company innovation base.
