Microfinance to alleviate poverty in one of the important financial instruments, and has repayment rates, high household funds, the project high success rate. Professor Yunus of Bangladesh's Grameen Bank, founded poor farmers in the country, the implementation of small loans made a great success and was extended to many countries and regions. Since the 90s of last century in China to introduce Microfinance has experienced great but ups and downs.This part of the Microfinance in Introduction to the research background, significance, research methodology outline introduction, research on Microfinance literature review, pointed out that Microfinance is designed to provide a small amount of loans to low-income groups continued credit facilities of activity, because it compared in some areas solves the regular financial organ not to have the solution question since long successfully, thus regarded as one effective poverty relief way by the numerous development assistance organization and the developing country.The second chapter describes the basic content of microfinance, including the content, characteristics and types, and then combined with asymmetric information theory, property rights and transaction cost theory, credit rationing theory, and institutional change theory to explain the existence of the theoretical basis of Microfinance.The third chapter microfinance demand and supply analysis of existing Microfinance need; then the market conditions, business needs and government support to analyze the feasibility of Microfinance exists.The fourth chapter analyzes microfinance development model, introduced the development of more successful international Microfinance model, such as the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh (GRAMEEN BANK), Indonesian Ministry of People's Bank of Microfinance (BRI-UD), and Bolivia sun bank (BANCOSOL). Then introduced the development course of China's Microfinance and Microfinance four main modes:a mode of non-governmental organizations, the second is the government organization model, third, formal financial institutions, four are of a commercial Microfinance companies.Then has analyzed the development of Microfinance major problems, and by drawing on foreign experience in the development of Microfinance, Microfinance to improve the development of our country.The fifth chapter from the sources of fund, the interest rate, the supervisory mechanism, individual credit system as well as the internal control machine-made aspect, proposed the related countermeasure and the suggestion to our country's Microfinance development.
