In the commodity economy era, all the goods with exchange value have requirement of value measurement, what's more, our society has entered the knowledge economy era, so knowledge management naturally became the significance task for any knowledge-based organization to survival and development. Therefore, Value Measurement of Knowledge Products becomes an essential part of knowledge management.This thesis firstly analyzed the current advantages and disadvantages to the value measurement of knowledge product on the existed study of both theory and practice, thus we made clear to the purpose and significance of this thesis. Secondly, this thesis made a classification to various knowledge products according to their special features, and studied the relative theories in value measurement of knowledge products. Also, this thesis discussed the significance role of scientific evaluation in the value measurement of knowledge product, and the combination weighting method to index system was brought into the measurement process. Thirdly, the thesis analyzed the principle in the index building, and established the measurement index system for the technology based knowledge products. Examples of the value measurement were given to both monetary and non-monetary measurement ways. Finally, to the value measurement of the intellectual capital, corresponding measurement index systems were built to the technology based intellectual capital and management based intellectual capital, and the weight distribution was completed by the ANP.The innovation of this thesis lies in combining the monetary and non-monetary measurement, which to some extent can avoid big errors caused by the subjective determined parameter. Through the study to the knowledge products, the organization's knowledge management activities can be more effectively, and to promote knowledge sharing activities in enterprise and other organizations. Also, the pricing of knowledge products can be determined on a more quantitative basis, and propel the enterprise's knowledge management experienced on the basis of quantification, thus we can achieve a more scientific management activities.
