The Research On The Financing Environment Of High-tech SMEs In Hebei

Although High-tech Small and Medium Enterprise (abbr. High-tech SMEs) in Hebei have been developing rapidly, they are still faced with financing difficulty, as one of their growing trammels. How to tackle this problem is an urgent issue nowadays.Taken the High-tech SMEs in Hebei as study objects and based on previous scholars'researches, this paper deeply discusses the imbalance relationship between financing supply and demand of Hebei High-tech SMEs, analyzes the reasons leading to the mismatch of financing supply and demand currently, and then advocates to combine the strength of government and market to tackle this problem. By the methods of questionnaire investigation, the paper discusses the issue that the financing environment improvement of High-tech SMEs in Hebei utilizing empirical research.Based on the research thinking above is a preamble part, which mainly clarifies the topic meaning and using methods of this paper,introduce the development characteristics and self-advantages of High-tech SMEs, analyze the impact of their own characteristics resulting in financing difficulty and the advanced experience that the development of High-tech SMEs is supported at home and abroad.Describe the funds need and supply state of High-tech SMEs in Hebei by empirical research, post enterprises'rigid trait of capita needed, and illustrate the effort as well as difficulties of parties who supply funds for enterprise development to meet their need.End,based on the content above, presents a proposal that improving the financing environment for Hebei High-tech SMEs and promoting their development.This paper deeply discusses the complexity to improve the financing environment of Hebei High-tech SMEs, and addresses that enterprises should take funds requirements as their core and form a sound investment chain to meet the funds need of enterprise.
