Supply chain system is the complex structure of network that consists of multi-object members and inter-dependent but contradictory organizations. Each constituent affects and restricts mutually based on the certain rule. Furthermore the whole system exhibits complex activities of chaos and emergence, which makes supply chain management harder.The analysis and comparison between Complex Adaptive System (CAS) and Supply Chain System (SCS) have been done clearly. Common modeling method and theirs scope of application have been studied about complex adaptive system. Then the ASP modeling method based on Agent, SD (System Dynamic) and Petri Net, which combines the continuous and discrete modeling methods, could be got for supply chain system modeling.Secondly, we modeled the SCS and divided the system into five nodes in layers: customers, retailers, distributors, core enterprise and suppliers. The core business is also divided into three layers:strategic, tactical, layer and operation layer, which could be modeled respectively by Multi-Agent, SD and Petri net modeling techniques. The tactical models match the departments of Inventory, Produce and Sell, and so on, in Corefirm and the operation model corresponds to the model of workflow in Produce Department. The enterprises in SCS deal with the order with mechanism of Heuristic order with discount and remodification.Then the computer simulation technology of combination methods is studied. We pick the JADE and VENSIM as the simulation platform for hybrid model and simulate the model.Finally, the phenomenon of chaotic and emergence would be determined and analyzed. Then the customer demand patterns, the core enterprise productivity and different nodes with strategy were changed to study the dynamic characteristics of SCS. All the analyses could support decision-making and help managers to propose control measures.
