Research On Factors Influencing The Governance Of Innovation Network

Along with the development of economic globalization and the coming of the information technology as the core of knowledge-based economy era, innovation has become the important source of the enterprise's core competitiveness and national competitive advantage. With the increasing of outreach of the enterprise, enhancing the outreach of the enterprise is the result of the enterprise to purse the effectiveness and efficiency, in the network environment, because of the openness of the enterprise, no enterprise can innovate without the cooperation of any other enterprise, and the complex marketing environment leads the formation of the technology innovation network, and the technology innovation network has become the most important organizational formation for the innovative cooperation. Although there are many successful cases, the failure rate of the technology innovation network is still very high.In this paper, taking the technological innovation network as a background, taking cooperation technological innovation organization as the main body and through analysis of related theories and literature review, we define the meaning of the governance factor of the technology innovation network. We think that the governance factor of technology innovation network is to every aspect of the governance, then this paper used factor analysis method to explore and validate the governance factor of technology innovation network, built four dimensions model of governance factor of technology innovation network. Meanwhile, we used the theoretical analysis and the empirical study unifies, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unify the method, designed the questionnaire involved in the institute, using research data obtained for this article to verify the model.Through factor analysis, in the technological innovation network, the governance factor mainly includes four dimensions:the relationship factor, the TCA factor, the behavior factor and the network property factor. The main body of governance should know the four factors well, facilitates the development of technological innovation network.
