Study On The Order Breeding Performance Of Broiler Industry In Hebei Province

The broiler industry of Hebei province started in the 1980's, with so many years'development, broiler and chicken production leap into the front ranks of the nation and become one of the main producing areas of China's Broiler, which greatly promote the development of animal husbandry in Hebei Province. However, smaller specialized production and thousands of families breeding chickens in Hebei Province are still the main part of industrial production and business. Large broilers are less and intensive level is not high are regarded as the factors which restrict the development of broiler industry. With the rising of contract farming in China, broiler breeding mode orders from scratch, and developes rapidly in Hebei Province. Furthermore, it promotes the industrialization process of the broiler industry. As a late start, broiler breeding orders are smaller than other provinces, and operation mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, to study the performance of order culture in our province can reflect the current level of the development about broiler breeding order. It has important practical significance for further improvement and extension of this model.First of all, this Paper introduces the domestic and foreign studies about perform -ance of orders on the broiler breeding industry, the results show that the current studies mostly focus on the qualitative description of the fact, and there is not a mature quantitative method which measures the performance of order farming. On this basis, research ideas are presented in this paper: Firstly, using the multiple linear regression model makes an empirical analysis about the "participation-order" whether can improve the performance of broiler farming farmers who have a significant positive effect or not, the conclusion is "yes". Secondly, using AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluates the performance on the broiler breeding industry in Hebei Province which involves in contract farming, evaluation results show that the current level of broiler breeding orders development in Hebei Province is "better" .Finally, making an empirical analysis of the factors which impact the broiler farmers involved in contract farming. The results show that the fixed investment of chicken farmers, the proportion of chicken feeding revenue in household income, the commercialization of broiler chicken breeding industry and the level about local competition, etc. have a significant positive correlation with farmers involved in contract farming, while the experience of farmers, sales channels as well as other factors are negative. According to the empirical findings, making measures and suggestions from the government, enterprises and farmers in Hebei Province in various angles to promote the development of broiler industry culture model order. The Government should strengthen the orders of publicity and guidance from the policy; enterprise should conduct scientific management culture in order to expand the scale of orders, and develop diversified farming methods at the same time; Farmers will have to continuously improve their overall quality, understand the culture of the relevant provisions and legal constraints of the orders, and achieve win-win business.
