In television advertisements vigorous development today, advertising phenomena, advertising culture has more and more influence on our television culture life. In recent years, television in the unceasing innovation, the development of TV advertising in the forefront, has been walking update forms of advertising, advertising idea progress, and constantly improves the level of advertising; TV advertising aesthetic problems became a common attention in advertising and incidence of topic.Based on aesthetics of TV advertising on TV advertising film aesthetics, the influence of TV advertising will constitute from images, aesthetic language, hearing, color and light, creativity and aesthetic aspects by accepting analysis, finally comb a TV advertisement should follow the aesthetic pursuit to the context, in the process of a lot of examples through the analysis of the aesthetic pursuit of TV advertising the thinking and reasoning.Finally, this paper present the various problems of TV advertising, especially "ugly" phenomenon and criticism, and list the reasons of these problems, advertising, and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures.
