A Study On Integrated Management Of Railway Project

With the promulgation and implementation of the "long-term Railway Network Plan of China", China's railway construction has entered a new period of development by leaps and bounds. However, when the railway is facing major development, Shortcomings in railway project management has not been eradicated yet. Therefore, to explore a new railway engineering project management theory and methods is extremely urgent and necessary.Meriting from the advanced thought and idea of project management in other industries, integrated management of the railway project is discussed and researched deeply based on the project management theory,system theory and integration theory from the project owner's perspective. Above all the frame of the integrated management of railway project is proposed,then organization integration,imformation integration and target integration of railway project are researched specifically.In Chapter 3,a network-struct organization based on project management office is proposed to solve the problem in the organization model of railway project management,then the fuction,creation,realization,encouragement and constraint of project management office is expounded. In Chapter 4, the necessity and problem of railway project imformation integration in our country is analyzed,then a model of project management information system based on PowerPIP is proposed after introducing the success of railway project imformation control system in Germany.And how to use the system to achieve information integration of railway projects in China has made a case design.In Chapter 5,first of all,a qualitative analysis of target integration of railway project is undertaken;second,a method called earned value is introduced to target integration of railway project and a concept called CCWS is proposed;finally,the way how to do target integration using earned value is explained in detail through Wuhan-Guangzhou railway project.
