It is known to all that Six Sigma management system was applied to many top 500 global corporations as part of the enterprise strategic management. Six Sigma was great effect to the company in quality improvement, customers'satisfaction, cost saving and to be an excellent organization. In the article, the author introduced and analyzed Guangying Co. existing lean manufacturing management system. It indicated that Guangying Co. need to alter the management ideology of quality which was only concerned to its product quality and enterprise-centered business against the new marketing. Six Sigma management system was available to Guangying Co. development operation in the future, Then, the necessity and feasibility were advised.The essential part of this article was the Six Sigma application design base on the existing management system. The difficulties when Guangying Co. would meet during implement the Six Sigma and relatively guarantee construction guide line were suggested. It lays the foundation of successful carry out Six Sigma system in Guangying Co. which the Six Sigma performance evaluation, cost & benefit analysis and risk management were given at the end.
