Financial analysis refers to the economic activity providing useful financial information for accounting control and optimizing financial decision-making, in which the entity of financial analysis according to their different purposes,analyzes and evaluates the enterprise's financial situation, operating results and cash flows, in a scientific way, through revealing the Operating conditions and the developing trend of the business by financial reports and other relevant information and data, along with industry information.Traditional financial analysis system, mainly based on financial capacity analysis, determines the financial position and results of operations, by calculating various financial indicators, analyzing and evaluating the solvency of enterprises, operating capabilities, profitability and developing capacity. It can be seen that the traditional financial analysis system dose not include the business strategy analysis of the involved industry and competitive strategy, which is precisely the important starting point for financial analysis. This thesis breaks through the framework of traditional financial analysis system, building up a brand new all-around analytical system of business strategy analysis, financial statements comparative analysis, financial capacity analysis and comprehensive financial analysis. This thesis takes the annual financial report of Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. in 2007-2009 as research materials, combined with the annual financial reports and other related information in 2009 of the three listed companies-Jianghuai Power, Su Changchai and Cnpc Jichai, employing comparative analysis, ratio analysis, factor analysis, chart analysis and Comprehensive analysis, to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation of the business strategy, financial statements and financial ability of Yunnei Power Co., Ltd., so as to discover what problems the company may have, and provide information support, thus propose reasonable proposals to the enterprise managers and decision makers. |
