Research On Analysis And Coordination Evaluation Of Transport Structure

Since reform and opening, along with China's rapid economic and social development, the total supply of different transport modes expand rapidly. However, the problem of coordinated development of different transport modes had emerged, especially under the pressure of the constraints, such as resource, environmental, ecological constraints and so on. Therefore, the coordinated development of various modes of transportation is most important to the comprehensive transportation system's developing, which actually refers the transport structure problem. This paper study the transport structure, from the perspective of mode to research the structure of the comprehensive transportation system, aiming at guiding the adjustment of transport structure.This paper proposed the problem of transport structure optimization combining the problems and situation of China's comprehensive transportation. Firstly, it described the contents of transport structure, transport demand structure and the relationship between them. Secondly, it analyzed the characteristics of dissipative structures of the comprehensive transportation system in the use of self-organization theory, and then described the organization mechanism of transport structure evolution, and also made a system description of the evolution. On this basis, it analyzed three key factors in the evolution of the transport structure, that are socio-economic development, scientific and technological progress, and macro-control. Then it introduced the variable of transport demand structure to analyze the regulation of the transport structure, further more, it explain the contents and importance of transport structure optimization. According to the regulation of the transport structure, it lead to the evaluation about the coordination of transport structure, and constructed an evaluation index system, what's more, in the evaluation process, it made improve to the principal component analysis method, using grey principal component analysis to calculate the level of development of different transport modes. Finally, accessed to the Hubei Province as an example to the empirical analysis of the above models. The research provided a theoretical basis and practical guidance to the adjustment of the transport structure.
