Research On Financing Of SMEs In Their International Entrepreneurship

Along with the development of global economic integration, the environment.for the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to make international entrepreneurship become better and better. SMEs' international entrepreneurship has played a very important role in expanding exports, promoting economic prosperity and alleviating unemployment. More and more scholars begin to pay attention to SMEs' international entrepreneurship, but the focus of studies is on the whole strategy, and the detailed analysis is less. SMEs have great financing difficulties in domestic, and international entrepreneurship faces various challenges. In such a complex situation, the financing of SMEs in their international entrepreneurship has more difficulties. Financing has become the bottleneck of SMEs' international entrepreneurship. Nowadays, most of the studies are focus on the financing problems in domestic. The existing financing theory lacks for the study on financing problems of SMEs in the process of international entrepreneurship. Therefore, the research on financing of SMEs in their international entrepreneurship has great significance.This paper is mainly to analysis the financing of SMEs in their international entrepreneurship, the research is made on enterprise stratification plane and macroscopic stratification plane, which can enrich and perfect the financing theory, also can provide certain guidance for the SMEs in their international entrepreneurship. The paper is divided into seven parts:The first part introduces the background, content, methods and technical routes of the research.The second part describes the relevant concepts and theories. First, defines SMEs, SMEs in this paper is based on the provisions of China in 2003, combined with practical, mainly about independent enterprises which have less market share.Then there is a clear theory of SMEs as well as the concept of international entrepreneurship. After that, describes the motivation SMEs' international entrepreneurship and stage theories. And then defines the concept of corporate financing, outlines the process and type.Finally, describes the SMEs' financing theories.The third part is about the current situations of financing of SMEs in their international entrepreneurship. And then introduces the major financing methods that SMEs can adopt in the process of international entrepreneurship.The fourth part is the main part of this article. First, combined with the various financing methods, put forward that when SMEs choose the methods, they should bear in mind the principlesas well as cost and risk. On the basic of that, make the system analysis.:economic and institutional environment analysis--business type characteristics analysis--stage process analysis. Finally, make a model of SMEs' financing option in international entrepreneurship.The fifth part is the part of case studies. Takes Techfaith Wireless for example to analysis. Makes financing analysis on its different development stages to prove that the model have practical significance.The sixth part is recommendations about policy support system on macroscopic stratification plane, which include the construction of financing system, security system and policy support system, as a complement for the analysis on enterprise stratification plane.The seventh part is a summary and outlook. Summarizes the conclusions of this study and make prospects for future research.In this paper, theoretical research and case study are combined to make the article more convincing; also the method of establishing model is applied in order to make the research more intuitive; then the micro and macro methods are combined to make the study better.
