In the new electric power system reform process, the power enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, which requires power enterprises to improve their power supply network and the quality of service. It is the magic weapon of winning advantage for enterprises to provide the products or services which make customers satisfaction in the fierce market competition. Therefore it is very necessary for power enterprises to study their customer loyalty deeply and establish long-term and stable customer-relationships in the constantly changing market.Based on customer satisfaction theory, we discuss the principles and characteristics of structural equation modeling and the feasibility analysis and modeling steps of using structural equation modeling to measure customer satisfaction. In addition, survey results are analyzed and also the impact path and effect of the customer satisfaction value chain are linked to the specific circumstances of the power enterprises. According to survey results, we do marketing short-board analysis on the power enterprise customer services to identify the existing marketing short-board of the power enterprises and give improvement suggestions which provide an important basis for promoting the level of marketing and service of the power enterprises.
