Recently, with a range of economic factors, especially a large number of foreign-funded enterprises entered, the competition among enterprises are increasingly fierce. Chinese micro-motor business temporarily are poor in technology, so they should rely on customer management system improvement to make customer satisfaction and to extend the survival of enterprises finally. Based on customer satisfaction theory, the paper combined the principle and characteristics of SEM, analyzed the feasibility for customer satisfaction survey and modeling steps, proposed customer satisfaction theory model of micro-motor enterprise, carried out empirical research on micro-motor customer satisfaction. The road analysis and effects between factors in customer satisfaction value chain were combined with the reality of micro-motor enterprise provides a reference for overall market competitiveness improvement.
