Research On Enterprise's Competitive Advantage Based On Information Competence

Information competence is a kind of innate basic survival skills for enterprises. Enterprise's information competence is an important source to obtain competitive advantage, there is a strong enterprise's information competence in their production, operation and management of all aspects of the market will be a certain competitive advantage. Therefore, the information has become a competitive advantage in gaining access to crucial factors. However, from the present situation, our business, or not formed information competence, or information conpetence is weak, enterprise's information competence in the modern enterprise applications are desired, so to research enterprise's information competence, assess enterprise's information competence objectively, we could learn the advantages and disadvantages in the enterprise's information competence, then we could improve enterprise's information competence targetedly, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening competitive advantage. This has important theoretical significance and practical significance, is also the main purpose of this study.First this paper reviewed enterprise's competitive advantages and enterprise's information competence theory of literature, and competitive advantage theory and enterprise's information competence theory are overviewed, study the mechanism of information competence to enhance enterprise's competitive advantage. And then according to the composition of enterprise's information competence, the competence assessment of the indicators of enterprise's information configured to design the assessment of enterprise's information competence as six major categories of indicators 2 and 20 three indicators, focused on analyzing the nature and characteristics of each index. Using analytic hierarchy process to establish evaluation index system of enterprise's information competence, evaluated the enterprise's information competence and draw conclusions. Proposed five solutions to improve enterprise's information competence to enhance enterprise's competitive advantage, namely, the enhancement of information awareness, to develop the strategies of enterprise's information competence. Enhancement of training and introducting talents, to enhance to the training rate of information technology; The positive application of modern information technology, to improve the tools of information processing to speed up the process of enterprise information; Broaden the information sources of enterprises's; Achieved the knowledge sharing. Finally summaried the results and conclusions of research, while proposed the prospects of the future development and the content of the prospect of the research papers and study.The innovations are mainly embodied in this article:(1) Based on the theory of competence theory, proposed enterprise's information competence was an important source to obtain competitive advantage, and study the mechanism of information competence to enhance enterprise's competitive advantage. Through the analysis of information competence, enterprise's information competence was divided into information awareness, information facilities and applications, the acquisition of information competence, the processing of information competence, accessing of information competence, internal and external sources of environmental information.(2) Applied AHP to evaluate enterprise's information competence, identified the weakness of enterprise's information competence, questionnaire for the enterprise design and conduct the actual research, identified the solutions to enhance enterprise's information competence through statistics and analysis data.(3) Based on the evaluation results of analysis, put forward the solutions to improve enterprise's information competence to enhance enterprise's competitive advantage according to the weakness of enterprise's information competence.
