Land provides the basic and objective material conditions for human survival and development. The development of National economic are inseparable from the land. True and accurate land survey data is an important basis for land management. From the first national land survey to now, with the rapid development of economy and society, dramatically changed of Land-use conditions, the original land survey data can not meet the demands of scientific land management. In order to fully investigate the national land-use conditions, starting the second national land survey is of great importance for promoting economic sustainable development and strengthening land management. Using the original manual recording methods can not meet the needs of rapid economic development, but also difficult to manage information and data storage. In addition, Information technology and digital technology have become an irreversible trend in today's world. At the same time, land management and macro-control is also increasingly dependent on information technology tools. As a result, accurate and efficient land use database is an important means to strengthen the resource management and land construction. This article, taking Ningwu County as an example, introduced the methods and steps of format transformation from MapGIS6.7 database format into SuperMap GIS database format to construction land use Database..The main steps include:(1) based on MapGIS6.7 to vector by setting the layer and attribute table properly; (2) based on the survey, to increase and modify data; (3) after format transformation, convert MapGIS6.7 database format into SuperMap GIS database format to improve the database. At the end of Papers, it makes the summary about database construction on the significance of land resources management and format conversion feasibility in database construction. The friendly transformation between MapGIS6.7 and SuperMap GIS provides more selective to the land-use database construction. At the same time, Systematic and comprehensive land-use information also provide a reliable basis for land management and national macro-control policies. |
