A Research On Social Factors About History Of Mongolian Kumiss Technology

From ancient date, the Mongolian Kumiss brewing technology has a long history. Mongolian Kumiss technology is part of the history of technology, is also a case study of local technology.Currently, about Kumiss and Kumiss technology it has no special definition, but rather use some descriptive words on Kumiss production process.Kumiss technology as a local technology on prairie, has been extensive academic research, the scope and perspective includes not only the biological point of view natural food science based on analysis of biological experiments, but also the view of Humanities historical research, poetry, and cultural thinking in particular ethnographic and economic aspects of thinking such as industrial production management research. However, these studies on Kumiss brewing technology for their own reflection is still small. Based on the previous article on the evolution history of Kumiss brewing technology, combined with Kumiss cultural and social life environment, and learn technical the shaping of social technology that SST theory, this paper aim to Kumiss technology evolution model, to reason of the evolution or a tentative reflection.This paper sort out and analyze in system its predecessors on Kumiss technical definition,Kumiss naming sources. On this basis, it tries to use SST perspective on history of Kumiss technology to conduct investigation and study, and tries to explore Kumiss technology in the historical development process by the shape factors, including political, economic, and cultural impact of different levels. In different stages of the development of Mongolian Kumiss technology,the factors of politics, economics, culture, in varying degrees played a huge effect on shaping the process of Kumiss technology,and has played a very important significance. Kumiss technology is a representative of local technology, in this sense, this exploration helps us understand the local technology.On the one hand for the contemporary context it will provide useful historical reference to Kumiss technology, while on the other hand,the analysis explores the characteristics of local technology for further reflection.
