Research On Risk Analysis And Risk Assessment Of Passenger Dedicated Line's Construction Project

On the basis of systematic collating of Risk Management Theory on engineering project and case surveys, the article, firstly comprehensively analyzes the engineering project risks of railway passenger dedicated line construction combining the features of passenger dedicated line engineering project. Then, it creatively combines AHP with FCE and founds mathematical model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the passenger dedicated line engineering risk, besides it makes an effective assessment on all aspects of passenger dedicated line construction project's risks. At last, the article makes a comprehensive risk analysis of Wu-Guang passenger dedicated line on project political risk, project financial risk, project completion risk, project operational risk and project market risk ,all these six aspects. Finally carry fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the risk of the construction project about Wu-Guang passenger transport.
