Research On Transaction Strategy In Large Users Straight Power Purchase Mode For Inner Mongolia Energy Investment Company

The large power users'straight power transaction is the main transaction mode of the power multilateral transaction market in Inner Mongolia. How to develop the large power users'straight power transaction in flexible and strategic way has important practical significance.In this paper, by studying the condition of the straight power supply market for the large power users from home and abroad, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region's development situation is deeply analyzed. In the transaction system for the energy investment company of Inner Mongolia, the bidding strategies based on analyzing the cost are proposed. The verified result of transaction examples proved that the bidding strategies proposed in this paper have strong practicality and effectiveness, at the same time, this paper quoted the concept of the customer relationship management in the generation side, and by combination of them, the strategies of the large users'straight transaction in which the company participate are formed. Currently, the strategy have been used in the practical work, which have positive guiding and promoting effect on the large users'straight transaction work in which the company participate.
