With the development of science and technology, improvement of living standard, car has become a mass consumer goods, automotive product life cycles getting shorter, car scrapped cause it to be eliminated and the products have been abandoned more and more, pollution in the process of automobile production and post-consumer waste products dispose makes air, water environment and soil environment continued to deteriorate. The traditional automobile forward supply chain only research on the process of products from raw materials to consumer, and it was not considered waste after consumption. How to increase the enterprise's revenue while make full use of waste, efficient use of energy, protecting the environment? The reverse supply chain of automotive recycling provides a new way to resolve this issue. To achieve recycling of scrap vehicles effectively and low-cost, all independent enterprises in supply chain must be coordinated management actively, taking into account forward logistics of the products and reverse logistics of abandoned products, achieving combination of positive supply chain and reverse supply chain, generated closed-loop supply chain system of the automobile manufacture. How to achieve coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises in automobile manufacture closed-loop supply chain through product pricing, improve the overall competitive advantage of closed-loop supply chain? This has brought a new topic for automobile industry's sustainable development.This article focused on the issue, first of all, analyzed the development process,the development characteristics and existing problems of automobile closed-loop supply chain in China, proposed closed-loop supply chain pricing, analyzed main factors which impacted pricing in automotive manufacture industry closed-loop supply chain; then, considering there are vertical products differences between new products and remanufactured products,established a mathematical model for pricing strategy of two-level closed-loop supply chain system that is made up of manufacturer and retailer, made the model more consistent with the actual market situation, considering three conditions:the symmetric information cooperative decision-making, decentralized decision-making symmetric information and asymmetric information decentralized decision-making, applied game theory to analyze, obtained optimal pricing strategies, analysis impact of information symmetry on the closed-loop supply chain pricing strategy, conducted sensitivity analysis on optimal pricing by numerical examples, obtained impact of production costs conservation degree for recycled products on prices,yield and the whole interests of closed loop supply chain; proposed an improved pricing strategy of automobile manufacture closed-loop supply chain based on the traditional supply chain pricing strategy, and build a pricing model; overall designed the closed-loop supply chain pricing system based on the model,and realized it by SQL Server 2000 and Delphi7.In the end, the author summarized the full article, and forecasted the development of the automobile manufacture closed-loop supply chains pricing system.
