Analysis On Unitary Development Of Urban And Rural Within The Urban Area

With the rapid development of the economy in our country, Unitary Development of Urban and Rural turns to be an effective and necessary way to soften the segregation phenomena of Binary Development of Urban and Rural, which is not only the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, but also a significant strategic project.Based on previous researches, the author generated an innovative understanding about the Unitary Development of Urban and Rural, which is occurred during a period with an obviously high productivity level. It's a process of interaction and evolution between the rural area and urban area, both material and spiritual civilization included. The Unitary Development of Urban and Rural can not merely be regarded as the progress of extinguishing the difference between each other. This kind of difference between the rural and urban always existed, but appeared by different forms and degrees in different historical periods.By probing into Unitary Development of Urban and Rural, this paper made an empirical study on Gaocheng town, which belongs to Shijiazhuang city. Meanwhile, the author made full use of different methods to further explore a series of problems about Unitary Development of Urban and Rural, including the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the standard analysis and empirical analysis, and the comparative analysis.First of all, this paper made an analysis and evaluation about the current situation of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural in Gaocheng, establishing a mathematic evaluation model based on degrees of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural. Measured by 6 different criteria, which is further divided into 21 items, including economy, basic facility, culture&education&technology, social insurance&health care, survival environment and planning system, It provides us a ratio concept and some kind of rational consideration on the relationship of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural in Gaocheng.Secondly, based on the above research, the author analyzed two pairs of relationship: one is to deal with the relation between the local area and the center of urban area; the other is to deal with the inner factors that influenced Unitary Development of Urban and Rural within the local area, so as to promote the balanced development in the local area. Both of these relationships are necessary and important for Unitary Development of Urban and Rural in Gaocheng.Thirdly, the paper probed into the development pattern of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural in Gaocheng. Combined with the overall planning of Shijiazhuang , the author made a further study on different aspects that influenced Unitary Development of Urban and Rural, such as industries, basic facilities, social service equipments, social insurance&health care, ecological environment and so on.At last, under the guidance of Sustainable Development and Scientific Outlook of Development, based on the planning theory, the author proposed his feasible conceiving on the planning of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural in Gaocheng. Through the detailed discussion of the following 6 aspects: industry distribution, settlement layout, utilizing of the land, basic facility, social service equipment, protection of historic cultural resource, disaster prevention and the environmental conservation, the author put forward corresponding key points on planning and controlling, meanwhile, he also proposed effective measures and suggestions on the issue of Unitary Development of Urban and Rural.
