Economic globalization leads enterprise internationalization to be widespread phenomenon. Since the 1990s, a new kind of enterprise internationalization, international new ventures, came forth and attracted many scholars. With the rise of the creative economy, this type of business-related issue has been one of the hotspots in the areas of economics and management. Most of international new ventures are SMEs. As China's economy is growing, SMEs play an important role in the national economy, at the same time, China government encourages enterprises "going out", which has been promoted to national strategic height. Under such conditions, there is intense requirement of research on these enterprises.Although many scholars have made great efforts, but so far, the academic research on international new ventures theory is dispersive, yet a system theory or theoretical framework is not widely accepted. This paper aims to grasp the concept of international entrepreneurship, on the basis of which, through the analysis of driving factors, from the perspective of social capital, to further perfect understanding the enterprise international motivation and behavior. It is prone to promote international new ventures in theory, as well as to provide the reliable theoretical basis for enterprise international practice. This paper reviews the early and gradual internationalization of relevant theories, and then from the phenomenon of international entrepreneurship, summarizes the related literature, and then sums up research achievements on the relationship between social capital and international business, in order to provide theoretical support for research on the impacts of social capital to international entrepreneurship-driven factors. On this basis, using the theory of mutual and complementary, combining the characteristics of the development of enterprise internationalization, this article mainly from the perspective of social capital and social network, research international entrepreneurship-driven factors, providing an overview of the economic globalization, the entrepreneur features, organizational learning ability, network and entrepreneurial opportunity cognition. On the above five drivers for consolidation, it constructs an integrated model, which makes a new attempt for the development of international entrepreneurship research.Enterprise international venture is a multi-dimensional phenomenon, which inevitably depends on multiple factors. Therefore, this article on the basis of multiple theories, researches the growth problem of the international new ventures, and considers that the entrepreneurial opportunity cognitive is a starting point for enterprise establishment and growth, and global resource consolidation caused by economic globalization is international growth pattern, and organizational learning is an important way for new ventures entering into the international market, so as to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage and to enhance the ability after that. As an extension of international entrepreneurship connotation, research of it has been paid more and more attention to environment and process, and the nature of social capital determines that any social actors can not unilaterally use these resources, but must through the network develop, accumulate and make use of these resources. Therefore this paper is next to explaining impacts on social capital to driving factors, which are economic globalization, entrepreneurs, business network and entrepreneurial opportunities and so on.Through the above theory analysis and model building, this study indicates that social capital exerts an influence on the international new ventures more and more. International new ventures away from some traditional ideas are beginning to realize the importance of social capital for its own development, and begin to accumulate their own social capital into the international track. But our enterprises face a lot of problems in the use of social capital on international venture, so this paper takes example by case study at home and abroad, and from the government, industry and the enterprise all levels, in order to provide appropriate development strategies for international venture, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results, and also puts forward the improvement of research for future according to the shortage in this article.
