Then the author makes a deep analysis of its causes and establishes a evaluation system, furthermore the author take the strategic target, development strategy, constraints and solutions into account, by analyzing their relationship and their impact on vegetable industrialization and their extent of importance, the author make the suggestions accordingly, which is that we transform shouguang from vegetable circulation center to vegetable processing center, change from quantity-orientation to quality-orientation in vegetable production, transform shouguang from single manufacturing base to multi-function(rearing seeds and seedlings)manufacturing base, transform from scattered-planting pattern to concentrated-planting pattern, transform from introduction of breeds of vegetable to introduction of experts, transform from vegetable industry association promotion to brand strategy, so that shouguang vegetable industrialization can enjoy rapid healthy development in the coming years.
