With the development of the marketing economy, distribution channel is becoming more and more important, it is the critical thing to build up a good channel for a enterprise. With the channel conflicts increasing, the enterprise finds that only by building suitable channel relationship, a corporation can control its fate.As a private enterprise, X company is confronted with the same problem mentioned above, X company and distributor both treat generous profits as their development goals, which leads to a lot of channel conflicts influencing the efficiency of channel.In the paper, starting from theoretical research of the channel conflict, with the X company's actual case, author analyses the actual causes of the conflicts and proposes that building up the channel relationship of property right can help resolve this problem and speed up the X company's development.
