Online Game is also called Network Game. Online Game is a kind of video game that uses the Internet to achieve the players'interaction. Traditional PC games are only had Client-side. But compared to the traditional PC games, Online Game must also have Server-side and Client-side, and the Client must be connected to the Internet Server, Otherwise there are no games. Online Game is a modern leisure that fusions of history, literature, art, music and other elements. With the development of the Internet, Online Game, world widely, has become an important pastime. And People's consumption of online games has been fully than the traditional video and music entertainment. After a decade of development, Online Game industry in China has begun to take shape, and formed a relatively complete industrial chain.Online Game industry has become indispensable to the Internet economy of China.First, in this paper, the network game is defined and classified. And this article explains the development status of China's Online Game industry and its development process. Then this article uses the SCP paradigm to analyze China's Online Game industry. The analysis revealed:China's Online Games market belongs to a moderately concentrated oligopoly market. Its product differentiation is low and the barriers to entry are very high. Charging mode is divided into time charge and props charges. Manufacturers are widespread use of a variety of pricing strategies and advertising methods to promote of these two charging mode. Meanwhile, in order to reduce transaction costs, the Chinese Game-agent generally carry out vertical integration, directly involved in the Online Game development sector. The profits of gaming industry are in a very high level. And the contribution of related industries is also high.Finally, in this paper, this article gives some advices to the current industrial policy and also makes some recommendations.
