In this paper, the transport costs, market demand, competition situation, the residents ability to pay travel and other road passenger transport tariffs affect the formation and changes in internal and external factors that starting a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the cost-oriented, demand-oriented, competition-oriented, the residents ability to pay travel orientation of these four basic conventional pricing methods, pricing methods emerging from the study because of these four categories of one-sidedness makes the fare pricing largely inconsistent with the actual conclusion.
