Three decades of reform and opening, along with the rapid development of China's economy, people's living standards continued to improve, the taxi industry in support of government policies has also been made under the rapid development of urban transport system has become an important part. However, in the industry's development process, gradually revealed some contradictions and problems, such as the black car flooding, inadequate competition, scale of economic facts.In this context, the paper studies the industrial organization of Beijing taxi industry, with the SCP paradigm as the basic framework. And it studies industry market structure, market behavior, market performance of Beijing taxi industry, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, contrast research and dialectical analysis.On this basis, we conclude:Beijing taxi market is a high degree of industry concentration, a low degree of product differentiation, high barriers to entry and in the high stage of monopoly oligopolies; In this stage, most of the taxi business is more fragmented and not yet achieved economies of scale, enterprise price behavior is very passive, and industrial efficiency is very low; Beijing taxi industry is currently subject to administrative intervention more seriously affected the entire industry, market performance and welfare of society as a whole.Finally, we suggests an improved market environment, the number of control relaxation, promote industrial restructuring and scale management and other industrial policy, combining the status of Beijing taxi industry at this stage and management experience of taxi industry in domestic and international.
