Empirical Study Of Terracotta Museum Tourism Development Based On Dynamic Game Among Stakeholders

With setting off the Hot Korean of the "heritage tourism", cultural heritage tourism development has become an important object of Tourism Research. Cultural heritage tourism has promoted economic development and social prosperity, but it also has brought a series of negative impacts. How to coordinate the conflicts between the protection of cultural heritage and tourism development, and how to coordinate the conflicts of interest among stakeholders to promote the co-operation to achieve the sustainable development of heritage tourism, etc., have become the subject increasingly concerned by Academic.The main objectives of this study were Terracotta Museum of Heritage Tourism Development. We firstly reviewed the theory of cultural heritage tourism development, dynamic game theory, stakeholder theory and other theories, then, from the perspective of sustainable development, put stakeholder theory to be applied in the research. This paper adopt theory combined with empirical research methods, it not only conducted the dynamic game analysis on the core stakeholders, but also conducted empirical research on their interests pursuit tendency, implementation status of their respective interest and their relationships, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, in order to find the main problems and the focus of contradictions between various stakeholders. Finally, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1) Balance the interest demands of all stakeholders to perfect travel planning. Not only raise public awareness of participation, but also improve the channels or ways of public participation, to promote the smooth implementation of tourism planning.(2)Solicit the views of the community and promote community participation. Promote the level of community residents to participate in tourism development, not only to protect its priority right to participate in tour operators, more should actively promote and encourage people involved in tourism planning. Meanwhile, not only perfect form of community involvement, and should improve the relevant policy mechanisms or provide support to enhance the awareness and participation capacity of community residents.(3)Perfect interest coordination mechanisms and promote stakeholders cooperation. Establish specialized interest coordination agency, balance interest demands, formulate the overall objectives to develop tourism, and establish corresponding coordination constraint mechanism and target information feedback mechanism to ensure overall goal smooth implementation and realize the reasonable interests of stakeholders.
