At present, it is recognized that micro-credit is the most effective means of eradicating poverty as it is proved worldwide, especially in Bangladesh, Grameen Bank (rural banks, GB as following ) and the Ministry of People's Bank of Credit (the BRI-UD) in Indonesia are the two successful examples.GB was founded by the Professor, Muhammad Yunus in Bangladesh.The main ways and means of GB which made an outstanding contribution to the eradication of poverty mainly achieved through the way of helping the poor to get the goals of poverty eradication is team, share-release and installments. Eventually, Professor and GB shared the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.With the operation mode of commercial banks, in the ways of good governance structure, mechanism and effective reform in management mechanism to ensure a sustainable development, BRI-UD established a set of relatively independent and sustainablely developmental financial intermediation to the poor, and offered a high quality financial services to the majority of the poor, and reached the goal of eradicating poverty.Through the explaination of the basic theory, the comparative analysis of different foreign models, especially on the compare between GB and BRI-UD Model, some of my own thinkings will be proposed in this paper and some pratical suggestions on micro-credit development in China are presented too.
